AI Clubs ("we") runs a directory of AI communities and tools for the people who organize them. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to get it deleted.
What we collect
- Account data. Your email address (used for magic-link sign-in), a display name, an optional handle and bio.
- Club data. Anything you publish on a club or event page. Published pages are public and indexable by search engines and AI assistants.
- Membership data. Which clubs you have joined. Club owners can see the members of their own club; other members cannot see you.
- Technical data. IP address and request metadata used for rate limiting and abuse prevention, retained briefly. We do not run advertising trackers.
Cookies
We set strictly necessary cookies for authentication. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies at this time; if that changes we will ask for consent first.
How we use it
To run the directory, sign you in, show your club to people looking for it, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Service providers
Hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), transactional email for sign-in links. Each processes data only to provide the service to us.
Your rights (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)
- Access and export. Everything on your profile and clubs is visible in your dashboard.
- Deletion. Settings → Delete account removes your profile, memberships and every club you own, immediately and permanently.
- Do not sell or share. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. No opt-out is required.
School clubs
School club pages are maintained by the club's organizer. Students join with the email address their school issues; the club sets which domains may join. When a student joins we store the membership and the date. Organizers and fellow members see display names only, never email addresses. We never sell or share student data, and a student can leave a club or delete the whole account at any time from Settings. AI Clubs is not directed at children under 13.
